1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items purchased during promotional sales may have different return windows (specified at checkout)

1.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (feeds, supplements with expiration dates)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Products with broken seals or missing parts (unless defective)

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Online Return Process

  1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order and click "Return Item"
  3. Select the item(s) to return and provide a reason
  4. Upload photos if the item is defective or damaged
  5. Submit the return request
  6. Our team will review and approve within 24 hours
  7. Once approved, package the item securely with the return slip
  8. Drop off at the designated logistics partner or schedule pickup

2.2 WhatsApp Return

For faster processing, you can also initiate returns via WhatsApp:

  • Message us at +234 123 456 7890
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Attach photos of the item (if applicable)
  • Our team will guide you through the process

3. Refund Options

3.1 Refund Methods

Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose:

  • Full Refund: Original payment method (5-7 business days)
  • Store Credit: Instant credit to your Faz Ventures account
  • Exchange: Swap for the same item or different product

3.2 Refund Timeline

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Item shows signs of use or damage

  • Return is initiated after the 7-day window (at our discretion)

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

4.1 Our Responsibility

We cover return shipping costs when:

  • Item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item does not match the description

4.2 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for return shipping costs when:

  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You changed your mind (change of heart)
  • Item was ordered in error

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 Reporting Damage

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Do not discard the packaging
  2. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
  3. Report within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  4. We will arrange pickup and send replacement at no cost

5.2 Warranty Claims

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties:

  • Ear tag applicators: 2-year warranty
  • Electronic equipment: 1-year warranty
  • Hand tools: 6-month warranty

Warranty claims are handled directly with manufacturers or through us as an intermediary.

6. Exchanges

6.1 Same Product Exchange

If you received the wrong size, color, or variant, we will exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost.

6.2 Different Product Exchange

To exchange for a completely different product:

  • Return the original item for store credit or refund
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • We can hold the new item if stock is limited

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (refunds may take time to post)
