2.3 Heavy/Bulk Items
For large equipment, machinery, or bulk orders:

- Delivery may take 5-7 business days
- We will contact you to arrange convenient delivery time
- Free shipping threshold increases to ₦100,000 for heavy items
3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (WAT) on business days are processed same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed next business day
- Processing includes picking, packing, and handing over to logistics partner

4. Order Tracking
4.1 How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- SMS notification with tracking number and logistics partner
- Email confirmation with tracking link
- Updates at each milestone: Picked up → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered
4.2 Tracking Methods
- Online: Log into your account → "My Orders" → Click "Track Order"

- Direct: Use the tracking number on the logistics partner's website
5. Delivery Options
5.1 Standard Delivery
Default delivery method. Package delivered to your specified address during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM).
5.2 Express Delivery (Lagos Only)
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM
- Additional fee: ₦3,000
- Available for items in stock only
5.3 Pickup Points
For customers who prefer to collect their orders:
- Lagos: Ikeja, Lekki, Yaba pickup centers
- Abuja: Wuse, Garki pickup centers
- No shipping charges for pickup orders
- Valid ID and order confirmation required
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive your order:
- First attempt: Rescheduled for next business day
- Second attempt: Contact you to confirm address/availability
- Third attempt: Order returned to us, refund processed minus shipping fees
6.2 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Include:
- Street name and house/building number
- Landmark or nearest bus stop
- Correct phone number for delivery contact
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping fees apply.
6.3 Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos before opening (if outer packaging is damaged)
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Report within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email
- We will file a claim with the carrier and send replacement
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Nigeria. For international orders:
- Contact us for special arrangements to neighboring countries (Ghana, Benin, Togo)
- Custom duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
- Delivery times vary based on destination country
