We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, log into your account, go to "My Orders," select the order, and click "Return Item." Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
